Bonus rules
How playthrough works
Playthrough counts your deposit plus the bonus you redeem, so a $100 deposit with a 100% bonus at 30x means $6,000 in bets before you request a cashout. Unless an offer card sets its own playthrough, bonuses carry 30x on slots, keno, scratch cards and bingo, and 60x on allowed table games and video poker. When a bonus can be played on different games, the highest playthrough among the games you played applies.
Excluded games
Roulette, craps, baccarat, Pai Gow Poker, Pontoon 21, War, Sic Bo and shooting games such as Fish Catch are off limits with a promotional bonus unless an offer specifically allows them. If an excluded game is played before the playthrough is complete, we may void all funds and close the account. Playing any game outside those allowed on your coupon voids its winnings, and these rules still apply after the playthrough is met.
Maximum cashout
With a max cash-out coupon, your maximum withdrawal is set by your deposit, so a $100 deposit with a 10x max cash-out coupon can pay out up to $1,000. Once the playthrough is met, any balance above that cap is removed.
Claiming and combining
Claim your bonus before you place a bet with the deposit. If it does not go through, ask our support team first, because once you start wagering the deposit its promotion is forfeited. Unless an offer says otherwise or we approve it, you can redeem a bonus only with no balance and no pending withdrawal on your account. Offers and coupons cannot be combined, and combining them voids the winnings, so stick to one bonus at a time.
Game share and minimum playthrough
With an all allowed games bonus, at least 50% of your play must be on slot machines before you request a withdrawal. A 1x software minimum on deposit plus bonus still applies to slots and keno deposit bonuses offered with no playthrough and no max cashout.
Bonus money and withdrawals
Where an offer is silent on this, the bonus itself is taken off your withdrawal, and a request for less than the bonus you received is declined and the amount goes back to your account.

Free chip rules

Weekly Cashback is worked out on deposits of $50 or more made over the previous 7 days. We credit it each Monday if your balance is under $5 and you have no pending withdrawals and no approved withdrawals in that week. Weekly Cashback terms

Comp Points

Comp Points playthrough

Verify your account
You need a verified account before you ask for a payout, and verification takes a government-issued photo ID and proof of address. We may ask for additional documents to validate your account. Withdrawing with a bonus
An active bonus on your account usually blocks a withdrawal. If no bonus is active and the request still fails, contact our support team on Live Chat. With a deposit bonus, your request must be higher than your deposit and bonus combined, so a $100 deposit with a $100 bonus needs a request above $200.
New Signup Bonus rule
